How does Soma work?
Whichever brand you buy Soma from; the effect is the same. Soma may also be coupled with aspirin by some brands. Soma relaxes your throbbing muscles. Suppose you went on a sudden jogging spree and got a muscle injury, the pain can be relieved by taking a prescribed dosage of Soma. Muscle spasms and acute strains can happen for a variety of reasons. Soma prevents the nerves from sending out pain sensations, so you are now pain-free.
How do I store and consume Soma?
Soma is meant to be a prescription drug, meaning you must consult your doctor about the dosage and duration. Consume it with lots of water. Take the correct dose, the effect won't be enhanced if you keep taking extra doses. Rather, it might lead to some nasty side effects. Keep it stored away from heat and moisture.
I missed my dose!
If you forget to take your dose, take it only if less than an hour has passed. If you remember only later, give it a miss. It is risky to take a double dose to compensate.
Beware, take precaution
Soma can make you addicted. Never give away Soma to anyone who might abuse it. Avoid consuming alcohol or other painkillers when you are on medication. Store Soma away from children or teenagers! Prolonged use might form a habit and you might have withdrawal symptoms if you stop. Consult your doctor about when to stop the medication and if you are allergic to Soma. Kidney and liver patients or people prone to seizures must never attempt to take Soma on their own. Planning pregnancy, pregnant or breastfeeding? Tell your doctor.
Side effects of Soma
While taking the correct dose will keep you feeling fine, slight side effects may include drowsiness, co-ordination problems, dizziness or slightly blurred vision. That is why, avoid driving when on medication. Experimentation with Soma might cause vomiting or extreme weakness, allergic reaction, increased heart rate, chills or fainting. You might also feel depressed or have slight cramps due to sudden withdrawal from Soma.
Drug interaction: what to avoid
Stay away from alcohol. With Soma and drinks you may fall asleep at the wheels. Soma might alter, enhance or diminish the effects of other medicines. Halcion or Nembutal (sedatives), Nardil, Elavil and other anti-depressants, Xanax, Valium (mild tranquilizers), Thorazine, Haldol and similar major tranquilizers might interact with Soma. At times, you might buy pills off the counter or consume herbal remedies, minerals or vitamin capsules. Inform your doctor.
Overdose: use, don't abuse
If you feel stiff, dizzy, weak, numb, can't see or breathe properly, hallucinate or get into shock or stupor, get someone to rush you to the doctor. Overdose can be fatal, so do not abuse Soma.
